If E6Golf has stopped working since the latest update with a Windows Error

The Error may look different on different machines, but will likely say something like:
TruGolf Element6 Golf Simulation has stopped working

Download and apply the last working version *CLICK HERE*:

If you update the application regularly, you may already have this version (1.6.32.1) in your windows download folder.

We do not yet know why this error is occurring on some windows machines, we have disabled the auto-update feature until it is resolved.

If you have recently started E6 and encountered the following error: d3dx_43.dll is missing

This is likely because the Windows machine you are running the application on, has gone out of date.
You need to update your Windows Machine with the Following DirectX Updates:

Windows 10 DirectX Update

Windows 7,8,Vista

Having most recent version of E6Golf can fix issues you may be having. The latest E6Golf Update can be downloaded from the Software Support Button below.

Do you have the latest video card drivers installed?

To update to the latest video card drivers visit: http://www.nvidia.com

Does your tracking system work independent of E6Golf?

Update any firmware, drivers or software for your tracking device. Contact the manufacture for more details.

Using your device’s software, test to see if shots are registering outside of the E6Golf software.
